With years of experience in the real estate industry, Tina Scott’s professional slogan is Love, Play, Live in NOLA – which highlights the fact that you can find everything you could ever want in this historic, eclectic, and culturally-rich place. Focused on Uptown New Orleans but selling luxury listings across the city, Tina is a connector who works with both buyers and sellers and loves tracking down off-market properties. She considers herself a listing specialist who’s “scrappy about doing what needs to be done to get a property ready for market.”
Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Tina attended LSU and has always been drawn to customer serviced-based, relationship-driven industries. After working in guest relations at Disney and Avis, and assisting American Express corporate travel clients, she spent 10 years in marketing and business development at Crescent Title, a fast-paced company that offers seamless and timely residential and commercial real estate closings. While there, Tina mastered every detail of the business and met every real estate agent and lender in the city. Now she says, “Because of my time there, I’m seasoned and have seen it all. No matter what obstacle gets in the way, there’s a way to get around it, over it, or through it!”
Funny, easygoing, and an empathetic straight shooter, Tina is a tenacious problem-solver. She’s able to roll with the punches and diffuse situations that others can’t. Not afraid of doing things unconventionally, she’s also well liked, credible, and respected by other agents for her in-depth real estate knowledge.
